The Cat House

On July 25, 2003 over 75 cats and 2 dogs were removed from a home on South Street here in Lincoln NE by Animal Control. In Feburary 2003, over 40 cats were removed from a home on Adams Street here in Lincoln by Animal Control. All the animals were taken to the Capital Humane Society where we worked closely with them to get these cats rehabilitated and into permanent, loving homes.

A Cat House success! Sasha, a young female removed from the South St. house is now living the good life on her favorite couch. When her new "self-feeder" failed to drop enough food, she went and got her new parents to come fix it for her. I guess we know who runs that household!
